基本皮损

不同类型的皮损在精确描述皮肤病中起重要作用。皮损分为原发性和继发性。

原发性皮损

原发性皮损是皮肤病病理过程直接引起的皮肤变化，因其没有继发改变引起失真而比继发性皮损更有价值。原发性皮损包括：

继发性皮损

继发性皮损是由原发性皮损演变或自我损伤（如搔抓）引起的皮肤改变。由于真实的病理过程在继发性皮损中被掩盖，不同原发性皮损可以变化为同样的继发性皮损，因而对医生的意义较小。
